Order Status Explained

Awaiting Consent

We have not yet received your consent form. Please allow 1 business day for this status to change.

Notes Applied

We have processed your order. Once we received the notes, they will be sent to you.

Completed

We received your notes and have sent them to you. Your order is now Complete.

Notes Delayed

Your notes are Delayed. Please check your email/spam folder for further details.
